We are proud to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in USA.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Tratos Bay is not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no additional charge.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed with in 24 to 72 business hours but can take longer due to unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, global pandemics, etc.
SHIPPING METHOD ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME SHIPMENT COST
Shipping time may vary by location. Shipping is free and normally takes 5 to 10 business days, but can take more time due to unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, global pandemics, etc.
USA: Tratos Bay does not currently support delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped however sometimes due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days before and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at tratosbay@gmail.com.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons and due to warehouses in multiple locations, items on the same order at time of purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Tratos Bay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.
DAMAGES
Tratos Bay is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Tratos Bay does not ship internationally.
